5. Paid Unlimited Plans

  • IELTS Writing AI offers one-time payment unlimited plans for one month, two months, three months, and six months, providing access to all features and an unlimited amount of feedback for the duration of the plan.

  • These plans are not subscriptions and do not automatically renew. Manual repurchase is required to continue using the features. IELTS Writing AI will not automatically charge your payment method for any subsequent periods or plans.

  • Access is 'unlimited' subject to our Fair Use Policy (FUP). We reserve the right to monitor usage to prevent commercial exploitation or bot activity.

 

6. Content Ownership

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our IELTS feedback plans are offered as one-time payments for a fixed duration (e.g., 30 days, 60 days).

  • No Auto-Renewal: You will not be charged automatically at the end of your term.

  • Expiration: Access to unlimited grading and feedback will cease exactly at the end of the purchased period.

  • Reminders: As a courtesy, we will send an email reminder 3 days before your plan expires so you can choose to purchase a new plan and continue your IELTS preparation without interruption.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

Since our plans are one-time purchases and do not renew, there is no need to "cancel" your plan to avoid future charges.​

  • Stopping use of the service does not trigger an automatic refund for the remaining days of your plan.

 

3. Refund Policy

Each account is licensed to one (1) natural person.

  • Device Limits: We monitor concurrent logins. Accessing the service from an excessive number of unique IP addresses or devices simultaneously may result in a temporary account lock.

  • Simultaneous logins: Access to the Service is restricted to one (1) active session at any given time.
